Cartridge .50 Caliber, Ball, manufactured in 1953. Empty copper cartridge has a copper bullet. The bottom of the casehead is stamped with DA (Dominion Armoury) and a C (Canada) with a broad arrow (RAF)inside of it. The date of manufacture, is also stamped on the base (53). The primer is present, located at the centre of the casehead at its rim.

This type of cartridge was used against personnel and unarmored targets. Can be fired from the M82/M107 series of rifles.

Good
