MARK I NO. 3 SINGLE ACTION FLARE PISTOL WITH BROWN LEATHER HOLSTER DATED 1940. Still operational, the flare pistol serial number 68290, is stamped to the front of the trigger mechanism. The left side of the barrel is stamped with numerous proof marks displaying , BP BV with crowns over top, 1940 WEBLEY & SCOTT LTD. BIRMINGHAM NO.3 MARK I The grips are two piece black diamond pattern bakelite, with a metal lanyard ring attached to the butt of the pistol.
