Inscription reads "Donated to CANADIAN WARPLANE HERITAGE MUSEUM 2010" plate has three levels, with top being a silver/metallic colour and the bottom layers showing along edge red and then blue (as base) double sided tape adhered to rear surface and plastic protective cover present on front.
