75 mm artillery shell casing said by donor to be from WWI. Shell casing has been turned into "Trench Art" Brass has been scratched and carved to create a design. The design is of a crown above a lion in a shield with the numbers 1918. Word L'yzer below Shield. and "Souvenir De Yper" above crown. L'yzer and Yper appear to possibly be spelling mistakes ( l'Yser and Ypres?) markings on bottom surface read: 75 DE C F RE 57 L 17 X
