This is a standard issue RCAF necktie issued to Frances June Matthews. It is black and is marked with a white C and broad arrow Canadian military ownership stamp on the back. There are no other markings or label. Frances joined the RCAF at Hamilton Ontario on 11 March, 1943. She was discharged from active service with the rank of LAW at Calgary, Alberta on 05 February, .
