An RCAF tartan knife pleat kilt from Richardson's Tartan Shop of Toronto. There is a label in the waist reading "St. Peter's Residence Frances Matthews". This kilt is part of a "Mess Dress" ensemble that was most likely used for formal events at the Royal Canadian Legion or other events related to the RCAF WD Association of Hamilton.
