A bag of 16 sea shells collected from four different beaches by James Stewart McLaren, R.C.A.F. from March-April 1940 to August 1943. Shells come from: Lacarno Beach, B.C. - March - April 1940 Jericho Beach, B.C. - March 1940 Spanish Banks, B.C. - March 1940 Ste. Flavie, Que. - August 1943 Each shell bears the McLaren's name as well as the location and month and year.
