Logbook of F/L R.L. Hazel. Covers his training as a fighter pilot, then service in Egypt and North Africa with No. 417 Squadron Royal Canadian Air Force, then in Sicily and Italy with No. 92 Squadron Royal Air Force. He was then posted to #71 Operational Training Unit in Ismailia before being posted back to England and then Canada. He returned to the UK in early 1945.
