Notice. - “This document is Government property. It is no security whatsoever for debt, and any person being in possession of it either as a pledge or security for debt or without lawful authority or excuse is liable under Section 156 (9) of the Army Act to a fine of twenty pounds (£20) or imprisonment for six months, or to both fine and imprisonment.”
