(2) On being transferred from one Unit to another, show this card to the Officer Commanding the Unit you are leaving, who will fill in what you have passed, and will leave the others blank.
On arrival at your new Unit, show it again to the Officer Commanding your new Unit, and ask him to fill it in before you leave. If you fail to do this, or lose it, you are liable to be sent back to pass again.
ABROAD
On being posted to a Unit with the E.F., show the card to your Commanding Officer there. He will dispose of it as he thinks fit.
