Description
Air Show Pass is a ticket to the 1930 “Greatest International Air Show,” presented by the Pilot Gordon Bennett Balloon race and Aerial Carnival, and issued for the dates of August.31 and September 1. The airshow was presented in Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A. The card is stamped with pink ink, which says: “Accredited P.F. Pass.” The card can be identified by its pattern of orange and navy blue stripes and its lettering. At the centre of the card is an illustration of a hot air balloon, with two aircraft on either side. On the bottom right of the front photo, the name of the Air Show manager is William Rose. On the flip side of the Air Show Pass are the terms of the agreement, highlighted under the “conditions” section for ticket purchase. At the bottom left corner is the signature Royden Foley.
