Description
This is a status sheet of Royden Foley's stay at the Christie street hospital. This states that Royden was discharged from the hospital at 1100 hours on March 23, 1944. Interesting note is that it first states he is a sailor, then soldier, and then finally states Royden is an airman after the other 2 occupations being crossed out. The notice is written to J.W. Bell who is the major disciplinary officer.
