Description

This seems to be a letter/form sent to those who served to claim anything on their taxes along with the lagalities of payments. It gives steps on where to sign and where to send (R.C.A.F. O/S H.Q.). This sheet reads about the miles travelled as well as departure points and destinations that should be recorded as service is going on. It states if there are no government quarters and rations unavailable for an excess of 7 days, you must report this to the commanding officer and procure a certificate R.A.F 95 form. Then the sheet goes on about claims. The back of the sheet has a table/chart fpr temporary duty movements to record what has been used/claimed throughout the time attached to the R.C.A.F at the time.
