A document to"Certify that Flight Lieutenant Herbert Reuben Farb (CAN J14222) served in active service for the Royal Canadian Air Force from 30 September 1941 and was retired under K.R. (AIR) 151 (1) (i), on completion of voluntary service during an emergency. Transferred to the Reserve, General section, Class "E" in the 14th of September 1945"
