The booklet was published by the Wickenby Register to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the No. 12 Squadron. It outlines the squadron's history beginning in 1915 as well as the development of the squadron in 1985. There are many images of the aircraft flown by the squadron throughout its history in the booklet. There are also personal accounts from select members of the 12 Squadron.

The paper features the lyrics to 37 songs and welcomes visitors to the British Pavilion and Elephant and Castle pub.
