I.C.A.N. Calibration Aircraft Navigation Dalton Dead Reckoning Computer. Attached to the instrument are fourkhaki canvas leg straps with metal fasteners. Hinged front cover flips down to reveal a Time Observation spiral ringed notepad with entries on cover and first page. White tape adhered to the bottom of the Dalton Dead Reckoning Computer has hand written calulations in red and black ink which read: 1-TA 2 - 65 3-ND+ins 1-w/v 2 TR = HD+65 HD 3-1AS.
