Description
Air Ministry issue RCAF Headset Type C in original brown cardboard container with content information printed in black ink on the side. Black bakelite earphones with R.C.A.F. REC C-3, 10/A3698, N.E.CO. stamped on the outside of each. Yellow chamois ring pads on a black rubber backing stamped with, 10A/12161, make up the inside of the earphones. A black cloth braided communication cord is attached to each of the earphones joining together to become a single cord to which a black baklite 10H/9846 plug is attached. The double black metal head band is joined at the top by a single section of black rubber stamped with 10A/12160 on the outside, and is lined with black felt on the inside.
