Description
Commemorative shears used for a ribbon cutting ceremony in 1961/62 on the RCAF base in Zweibrucken, Germany. The 86th USAF Fighter Bomber wing was stationed in Ramstein, Germany. The shears are painted red and white, made from aluminuim and carries the Canadian and USA flag with inscription both sides "86th Fighter Bomber Wing/No.3 Fighter Wing RCAF".
