Handed out for funeral of 2Lt John Dubanski in Winnipeg in spring of 1982. John had perished in a CF-5 accident at CFB Cold Lake, while on the fighter lead- in couse after he had graduated from 2 CFFTS in Moose Jaw. Worn by Ocdt Steve Bem, a close friend of John's.
