This print shows the food dropping by Lancaster bombers above Rotterdam, Netherlands, during the first days in May 1945. Each print is signed by Bill Moore, who was a radio operator on a Lancaster. He took part in the food dropping depicted in the print. Bill Moore now lives in Burlington, Ontario.Each print comes with Bill Moore's story and an eye witness account by Johan Openkelder, who is today still a resident of Rotterdam.
