Description
Gentex Flying Helmet Model No. DH-41-2 (DV) with attached inner helmet wired with receivers, oxygen mask and microphone, with a royal blue cotton carrying bag. Date of inspection is, July 13, 1983, White medium sized helmet is equipped with both a clear visor and a dark tinted visor that are both controlled in the up or down position by two white sliding knob adjusters located at the upper sides of the helmet. Attached on the inside of the helmet is a inner red and green panelled canvas mesh liner, with a chamois sweat absorbing panel on the brow. Black rubber covered foam ear cushions with wired white red canvas covered outer earphone receivers attached to the red liner. Fastened to tan leather backing are five male Pull-the-Dot- fasteners, on either side of the front opening. The green rubber silicone oxygen mask, is a size medium with a green nylon strap with two black plastic adjuster knobs on the front of it. The green corregated oxygen hose is attached to a green oxygen adapter. An expiration valve is located directly below the oxygen outlet. A black rubber communication cord attached to a black plastic connector and a black braided cord attached to a NEXUS U-93A/U Plug.
