RAF Ferry Pilots sometimes referred to this item as the "Blue Bible." The Ferry Pilots notes were produced for ferry pilots by Headquarters, Ferry Command. The Ferry Command pilot should always carry this book while ferrying. The book is intended as a memory aid for use after the pilot has been converted to the particular type of aircraft. New cards are added to the notes and alterations made from time to time by means of amendments issued by Transport Command Headquarters.
